    We recently made some upgrades to treysongz.com's back end and have a few important announcements we wanted to inform you guys about.

    1) You need to reset your password if you haven't already.

    If you're having trouble logging in, reset password. You also should have received an email with a link to this page.

    2) Full html in User Profiles as well as Comments on User Profiles has been turned off.

    Currently you cannot write or receive comments on your user profile. Good news though, this part is only temporary! Your profile comments are safe, and we are working to get this functionality back in place, so thank you for your patience!   

    UPDATE: Profile Comments are back! Read more about the upgrade HERE.

    We have turned off the full html function on user profiles due to abuse from spammers and other accounts posting inappropriate photos / videos on their profiles.

    3) Uploading fan videos

    The site no longer supports uploading video files directly from your computer. You still can post your Trey Songz videos to the Fan Videos section, but you will need to make sure it's hosted on a third party website like YouTube, Vimeo, or TwitVid. Once you've uploaded your video, you can add it to TreySongz.com via the Upload Video page. Just paste in the video URL and embed. Then select a title, category and description (optional) and save.

    We want to keep treysongz.com live for a long time and had to make some changes to the site to keep it running smoothly. Feel free to post questions or concerns in the comments below. As always, you can always ask us anything on the Feedback thread in the Forum.

I was curious because when i signed up it said it would send me a VIP package within 6-8 weeks, and i realized several other people are having the same problem in not receiving their package after being a member for several months

I'm a Angel but cannot purchase anything from the Angels Only ordering part of the web store!!! I sent a email stating that I can't log in with my email and password that I used when I first joined Trey's Angels and I want to change it, but apparently nobody can get it right!!

Hey Trina! You can access all the exclusive content @ http://www.treysongz.com/treysangels (or clicking 'trey's angels' in that navigation menu up there ^). Your account is all set with Angel Access now but let us know if you have any other questions! Have fun :)

If you would like access to this section, please join the fan club.  If you did join and have trouble accessing, please send an e-mail to memberships@treysangels.com. Use this e-mail to contact the Angel’s team in case you’re wondering when your membership expires.

Official Angel merchandise can be purchased on http://store.treysongz.com/trey-s-angels-1.html.  You will be asked to enter your  treysongz.com e-mail and password when you purchase the item. The system will recognize that you’re an official fan club member.  Please do not enter your treysongz.com login info on the “Log In” text on the top right corner of the page because that log in specifically for general store purchases.

If you guys are having trouble logging into the site you might wanna try capitalizing the first letter of your email address. I had trouble numerous times with not being able to log into the Angel store and I found out that it was all because of a capitalizing error, I didn't know that mattered but I kept putting in "lawhornsymone@gmail.com" and my password and it wouldn't let me log in and then one day I tried 'Lawhornsymone@gmail.com" and it worked and I haven't had a problem since then

Before on your profile you were able to see the twitter name. Now you can't. I don't have twitter yet but will be getting one in a few days, so to let people view it on my profile, can i go to the account settings and enable that feature?

The Trey's Angels store will not let you log in to purchase shirts and other things It tells you the password is wrong or that you need to sign up for the Angels. Most of the Angels membership have not expired yet.. This needs to be fixed before other angels find out.
