Hello Lala yesit probably is I don't go on from my ipod bcuz it takes to long but if you go on the computer just click on edit profile and upload photo but you have to have photos on the device that you are on ipod same thing but better to go on computer.....You can also look at pics of Trey by clicking on photos

For pictures of Trey, visit the offical photo gallery: www.treysongz.com/photo. On your edit profile page, you can also add info and some fun facts that will display on your profile page so that Angels can get to know you better! What issues are you seeing, exactly? Knowing will help us test and figure out what's up.

As an Angel, the comment text on your profile should be white against a dark gray background to fit the Trey's Angels theme. If you're still seeing everything display as black, though, can you please let us know which system/browser you use to view the site? That way we can have our team look into the issue and help resolve it.

Heyy...I'm only 14 years old..so i can't sign up to become an angel because i don't got a credit card..!! Plus I live all the way in Trinidad...so I'm not sure how I'm going to get to Atlanta and actually see Trey perform..!! So I am asking kindly that Mr.Trey Songz finds a way to come to Trinidad some day to have a concert! That would be the best thing that could happen to me, and alot of people here in my country!! All i could say is that Trey is indeed talented no doubt!! I am always proud to be one of his fans!!...Keep shining Trey ...ily!! <3

If I'm not mistaken I think it will take any where from 4 to 6 weeks to get your welcome packet. Most people usually get it within 4 weeks. If it doesn't come by the 6 week mark I would definitely write customer service. But you still have a little time left :)

Some of the Chapter V pre-orders don't ship until the 11th of September. It said it in the fine print when you ordered. But depending on which one you ordered, the ship date got pushed back by a week or so due to production problems. They sent out an email about it not that long ago.
