I'm having a couple issues with TAN. I purchased credits and ended up doing it twice because I didn't think the first one went through. It has not credited my TAN account, but has charged my credit card. I have sent 4 emails to Handmade Mobile Entertainment Ltd., and have received no response and no credits!!!!

Also is there anyway to have a settings page to not receive all notifications?

I had that problem but I screenshot my transactions n sent it to TAN IN A MESSAGE thru the angel network app n she sent me a code you need to redeem ur credits hope this helps

Soooo unfair I bought the TAN App and now you leave the Android operating system out of the updates. Please re-include it, not everyone has an iPhone/iPad. Thanks

Angels I waited from nov-feb 3months for my package and I received it on VDay. Not because i received my package I say this because I also waited patiently but,due to the overwhelming volume of Angel fan base these packages do run out and must be restocked so, try and be patient you will receive it. I receive my Angels shirt and my dog tag but did not receive my letter from Trey but I have faith in Treys team that later I will receive it.

I'm wondering why I am not able to purchase from Trey's Angel Apparel when I had VIP membership? I was able to order before now Its saying I am not a member to sign up :( please help me please!!

Are you still signed up as VIP? I think I had this problem a few weeks ago, but I figured out that I had to make a separate account in order to shop

Hi, trey has been in the UK been unfortunately for me I lost my job & was unable to go & see him this year :-( I saw he last year twice & loved it!! Have you thought about selling the concerts on DVD as you would make a killing so myself & the other angels could watch him all day long!! Many thanks!

Just want to say how good birmingham was last. Been to few now over the years and he never fails to be anything except aewsome. Wish there was more dates in the uk.........nearly two years since touring in the uk last :( dont leave it so long next time......the uk.needs a trey fix more often!

I would like to know why I paid for a membership when you get nothing? I purchased a membership back in October 2012and I still have not received my welcome package. I have emailed memberships@treysangels.com 3 times now and I've had no response. Could I please get some help here? Have any of you angels had a problem with this?

I was wondering if you could restock the "5 Charm Bracelet" for a limited time. It does not make sense to sell the charms and not be able to purchase the bracelet. In addition, can the Trey's Angels charm be restocked as well?

I would like to know if the Trey's Angel t-shirt will be available in other colors? Maybe pink(light&dark), turquoise/teal, grey/charcoal, red and so on. Also a good idea for the AWH foundation too...hint hint. Why stop there! Angel's ladies lingerie, jewelry:watches,earrings,rings the possibilities are endless. Anything with Trey's name on it for the ladies would be in high demand...sell out and be on back order like it's a new iPhone!!

Just wondering can you please, product an AWH's backpack with Big Angel wings on the back Omgoodness I want one!!! The Angel wings made with studs or diamonds for some shine. I am producting a one it is in production. but made from for the AWH's exclusively with Trey's name engraved would be a big seller!!!!!

Soooo what I'm getting from this post is that we have to wait another month or so for our package to be delivered, in addition to the 2 weeks I was told it would take for the merchandise to be shipped to your offices. Members that have recently joined this program have been posting several discussions wondering why it's been taking so long only to find out the merchandise was on backorder all this time. Now I can't speak for the rest of the members, but I'm highly disappointed. Also, why is there no tracking number on the orders? That's usually what companies put on orders for their customers, so I'm a bit confused as to why this one doesn't have any, idk it seems like a logical thing to do.
