he was'nt in love with her, he just needed someone because he was lonely. She most likely got sprung off the sex and didn't know how to be a woman to him. To me she seemed like a high school student. I'm sure she did'nt know how to cook ham hocks, greens,corn bread, ox tails with black eyed peas. You know --- shit that he's used to eating. she was silly.

no they werent engage he said it was a rumor on angela yee show. He loved Helen but they have to break up if two people traveling and doin things it wouldnt never work. he need to date people more in the office and sit still so when he do come home theyll be waiting on him. someone good like me lol
i heard trey songz say on a broadcast on the radio that him being engaged to helen was just a rumor. they currently aren't seing eachother but he is still in love with her && plans on getting back with her one day

She's probably focusing on her own career. She's been doing her thing and he's doing his. The breakup was most likely beneficial to both parties.
they were never engaged but they had been together since like 06 or late 05 i believe and broke up last summer...it's always unfortunate to loose someone you love but just like ourselves Trey has to go through his trials and find the right one for him...if it's helen they'll find there way back to each other if not i wish them both the best and much happiness
