May I suggest that if someone has enough faith in the organization of Trey Songz to pre order his music & artifacts; that you at least have a customer service dept that will follow up in case there is an issue? I pre ordered the premium packg on 9/11/2010- while $63 is not a lot of money, you do want to have something tangible in return. As of today 9/27/2010 I still don't have not even a cd cover. This is not good business. Lesson learned. Thanx

I ordered the Premium Package & nothing either. I too am an angel...I think the dog tag should be added since we have had to wait so long.

I am rather disappointed fan right now. I preordered a Premium Package and haven't had a order status update or anything. Now ironically, the funds have already been debited from my credit card. I just think it's discouraging to commit to being a die hard fan but have to wait well beyond the distribution date to get your CD. It would have been easier to just go to the store and cop a copy. :0(
