    Trey Songz has signed on to play one of the leads in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D, the latest reimagining of Tobe Hooper’s 1974 horror classic about a group of teens who run into a family of cannibals in Texas.

    Trey will play the male lead and the boyfriend of the previously-cast Alexandra Daddario in the Millennium/Nu Image pic - which hits theaters on October 5, 2012 by Lionsgate.

    Chainsaw will be Trey's big screen acting debut — the part allows the budding thespian to be physical, romantic and heroic.

I think Trey's character is gonna die. He was here in Shreveport for a while but he left sometime last week. He wasn't here that long, and I know it takes longer than that to film a movie. The thing that makes it even worst is that I didn't get to see him. :(
